"A postpartum doula offers a new mother and her family education, companionship, non-judgemental support, and hands-on support during the postpartum fourth trimester to aid in postpartum healing, newborn bonding, breastfeeding, sibling adjustment, meal preparation, and household duties."

During the very important first days and weeks following your delivery, my goal is to help your postpartum space feel conducive to healing your body and bonding with your new baby.

Whether your love language is through your belly, or folded laundry, I approach every aspect of the postpartum space with joy. Let me nourish you with warm healing postpartum meals - or nourish your entire family with meal preparations. Forgot what sleep is like? Let me offer you protected sleep where you can rest easy knowing baby is in good hands. Shucks, you can even take a shower.

Need to sleep through the night? Overnight Postpartum Support is available, too!

Daytime Shifts are 4 hours minimum
