BIRTH SUPPORT INCLUDES:

up to 3 prenatal meetings, during which we will discuss your preferred coping techniques, address any questions or concerns, and create a postpartum plan

monthly 20min check-in over FaceTime or Zoom

on-call for your birth 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks.

Whether you're pregnant with your first baby or your fifth - childbirth is always a transformative experience. As your birth doula, I aim to provide emotional and physical support throughout your pregnancy and childbirth voyage.
Labor support can be at home, in the hospital, or at a birthing center. Once you are in labor, I will join you at the time you feel you need my support to begin. I will labor with you at home as long as you'd like, and travel with you to your birth setting. I will provide immediate postpartum support and remain with you after your birth as you need. One postpartum visit within two weeks of your birth or two virtual postpartum check-ins via Zoom that are 1 hour each session.
