Whether this is your first baby or another star joining your constellation, I’ll bring grounded emotional, physical, informational, and hands-on support so your family feels held through every transition.

Choose continuity through the first forty days or support throughout the entire fourth trimester. Both options include my complete Private Birth Support package, including its own separate birth-processing follow-up visit. That visit does not reduce the hands-on postpartum hours listed below.

IN THE GROOVE CONTINUOUS CARE

Private Birth Support plus 48 hours of daytime postpartum care in twelve 4-hour visits, completed within six weeks of the first postpartum care visit.
FULL FOURTH FLOW CONTINUOUS CARE
$7,200
Private Birth Support plus support throughout the entire fourth trimester, with 72 hours of daytime postpartum care in eighteen 4-hour visits.

Up to three prenatal sessions to explore your preferences, prepare for coping, include your support person, and plan for postpartum.
ON-CALL AVAILABILITY
On-call support for labor from 37–42 weeks.
CONTINUOUS BIRTH SUPPORT
In-person emotional, physical, and informational support at home, hospital, or birth center.
SETTLING-IN SUPPORT
Immediate postpartum care following birth, plus a separate birth-processing follow-up visit that does not reduce your package hours.
